OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated May 24, 2000, pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 430 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Small Claims Court Act, is pleased to reappoint Douglas J. Lloy of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, as an Adjudicator of the Small Claims Court for a further term of office commencing June 1, 2000, and ending May 31, 2004.
