to the LIQUOR CONTROL AND LICENSING ACT [Section 84] and the

LIQUOR DISTRIBUTION ACT [Section 37]. Order in Council 431/2004,

approved and ordered April 29, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor,

by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the

Liquor Appeal Board Regulation, B.C. Reg. 24/2001, and the Liquor

Appeal Board (Listing/Delisting) Regulation, B.C. Reg. 370/89, are

repealed.
