On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
pursuant to subsections 49(3) and 51(1) of the Health Protection and Promotion Act , Carlin Miller of Windsor be reappointed as a part-time member of the Board of Health for the Windsor-Essex County Health Unit effective March 18, 2018 to and including December 31, 2018.
