OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated July 23, 2013, and pursuant to

Section 12 of

Chapter 244 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Justices of the Peace Act , is pleased to amend the Justices of the Peace Regulations , N.S. Reg. 51/2002, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2002-159 dated March 28, 2002, to give additional duties to presiding justices of the peace to conduct a hearing of an application for a protection order under the Cyber-safety Act , in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after August 6, 2013.
