OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations, dated May 24, 2007, and pursuant to subsection (9) of

Section 44 of

Chapter 9 of the Acts of 2007, the Financial Measures

(2007) Act, and subsection (7) of

Section 3 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that

Section 34 of

Chapter 9 of the Acts of 2007, the Financial Measures

(2007) Act, do come into force on and not before June 19, 2007, with said

Section 34 having effect on and after April 1, 2007.
