section 21: 21.1 The association shall not be designated as a bargaining agent within the meaning of the Labour Relations Code, nor shall it represent any teacher or group of teachers in any negotiation of a collective agreement. 3 This Act comes into force on Proclamation. 1 Explanatory Notes This Bill will amend
