Order in Council 955/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the Election Act ,

section 113(4), an Accountable Warrant be issued in favour of Greg Essensa, Chief Electoral Officer, in the amount of Three Million Dollars ($3,000,000), the cheque to have endorsed thereon, when issued, the following words:

"For deposit only in the Bank of Montreal, Main Office, King and Bay Street, Toronto, to the Election Account”.
