OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated January 4, 2012, and pursuant to subsection 7(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to: (

a) acquire land at Devon (Dollar Lake), Halifax County, Nova Scotia, being identified in the Agreement of Purchase and Sale as PIDs 40141202, 40544918, 40141194, 00571026, 40141160, and 00570036 and described as Parcels 1, 2, 3,4, 5 and 6, and outlined in bold on the maps marked

Schedule "A" and

Schedule "B", which are attached to and form part of the Report and Recommendation, from Audrey Ruth lsenor, her respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns for a purchase price of $389,550 plus any legal, appraisal or survey costs incurred by the Minister in respect of the purchase, subject to the condition that Audrey Ruth Isenor, her respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns, be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and (

b) execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
