OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources and Renewables dated October 4, 2023, and pursuant to clause 16(1)(

b) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Natural Resources and Renewables: (

a) issuing a temporary easement to construct and install a transmission corridor and access road on Crown lands currently identified as a portion of PIDs 50001726, 50006329, 50006352, 50006949, 50006964, 50006998, 50007061, 50124635, 50176221, 50176858, 50176866, 75107979, 75108027, and 75108043 located in Point Tupper, Inverness and Richmond Counties, and shown outlined in bold and cross-hatched on

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, to Point Tupper Marine Services Co., EverWind Terminals Canada Co., and EverWind Terminals Canada Partnership, and their successors and assigns, which will terminate upon the transfer of ownership of all infrastructure to Nova Scotia Power Incorporated; and (

b) executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
