OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated June 21, 2000, and pursuant to

Section 18 of

Chapter 319 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Licensed Practical Nurses Act, is pleased to amend the regulations respecting licensed practical nurses made by Order in Council 96-919 dated December 17, 1996, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective January 1, 2000.
