Order in Council 1644/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Higher Education Quality Council of Ontario Act, 2005 and subsection 3(1) of Ontario Regulation 336/06 made under the Act,

Deborah Dubenofsky of Erin

be reappointed as a member of the board of directors of the Higher Education Quality Council of Ontario to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
