OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Public Works dated June 18, 2024, and pursuant to
Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased, effective on and after September 10, 2024, to authorize the Minister of Public Works entering into a net debt obligation for capital expenses associated with the procurement of a new Special Move Permitting system.
