Order in Council 1596/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the portions of highway in the Township of Satterly, in the District of Kenora, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, shown as;

Part 1 on Ministry Plan P-2978-6 filed with the Record Services Unit, Northwestern Region of the Ministry of Transportation at Thunder Bay on the 13 th day of August 2019, be designated as controlled-access highway pursuant to

Section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990,

chapter P.50, as amended, and

Parts 2 and 3 on Ministry Plan P-2978-6 filed with the Record Services Unit, Northwestern Region of the Ministry of Transportation at Thunder Bay on the 13 th day of August 2019, be closed pursuant to subsection 29(2) of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990,

chapter P.50 as amended.
