Order in Council 425/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 207(2) and 96(2) of the Child and Family Services Act and subsection 16(2) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Jennifer Scott of Scarborough be appointed full-time member and Associate Chair of the Child and Family Services Review Board and the Custody Review Board for a term of two years, effective the date of this Order in Council.
