OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of the Public Service Commission dated June 18, 2003, and pursuant to Sections 32 and 33 of

Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act, is pleased to, effective January 1, 2003, approve a market adjustment to rates of compensation for civil service Medical Officers of Health as indicated in Appendix "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
