B.C. Reg. 43/2010 , deposited February 15, 2010, pursuant to the LIQUOR CONTROL AND LICENSING ACT [Section 84]. Order in Council 95/2010, approved and ordered February 12, 2010.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

section 14 (5) (

a) of the Liquor Control and Licensing Regulation, B.C. Reg. 244/2002, is amended by striking out " 0.5 km " and substituting " 1.0 km ".
