OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Acadian Affairs dated November 19, 2009, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Acadian Affairs to enter into the Canada-Nova Scotia Agreement on French-Language Services, 2009-2010 to 2012-2013, on behalf of the Province of Nova Scotia, including all schedules attached to and forming part of the Agreement, substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to the addition of such schedules, annexes, appendices and to such variations as do not materially change the nature of the Agreement, effective on and after December 7, 2009.
