OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture dated December 15, 2010, and pursuant to clause 19(

f) of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, and

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and

Section 77 of

Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act, is pleased to: (

a) revoke Order in Council 2010-194 dated May 4, 2010; and (

b) approve the Minister of Agriculture signing a Memorandum of Understanding with the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs on the terms and conditions set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the nature of the agreement and such additional operational agreements and appendices as are necessary to implement the agreement, effective on and after February 1, 2011.
