Order in Council 53/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1140/2023, dated August 10, 2023, Tejdeep Chattha was appointed as a part-time member of the Death Investigation Oversight Council to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding two years, effective August 10, 2023;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 8(2) of the Coroners Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1140/2023, dated August 10, 2023, is hereby revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
