Chapter 18 of the Acts of 1998, the Municipal Government Act, is pleased to approve the Minister of Municipal Affairs entering into the "Canada- Nova Scotia New Building Fund, Small Communities Fund Funding Agreement" under the Federal Economic Action Plan 2013: The New Building Canada Plan and any subsequent amendments to the Agreement as may be required by the Agreement, in substantially the form of the Agreement as set out in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
