OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated December 14, 2000, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of R.E. Gregory of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with the Federal Savings Credit Union, which appointment was made by Order in Council 88-1040 dated September 27, 1988; and (
b) appoint Ronald E. Gregory of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with the Province of Nova Scotia.
