OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Ministers of Public Works and Health and Wellness dated February 1, 2022, and pursuant to

Section 16 of

Chapter 197 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Health Services and Insurance Act , and

Section 77 of

Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , and in accordance with the Department of Health and Wellness Capital Funding Envelope, is pleased to approve the making of a grant by the Minister of Health and Wellness on behalf of the Province to the Nova Scotia Health Authority in the total amount not to exceed three million eight hundred and five thousand dollars ($3,805,000) to contribute to the funding of renovations to the Summer Street Entrance and the relocation of services at the Robie Street Entrance at the Halifax Infirmary, the cost of which grant is charged to the Capital Funding Envelope, effective on and after March 1, 2022.
