Statute: Pursuant to Order in Council 81-1422 Pursuant to Order in Council 85-342 Articles of Association of Trade Centre Limited

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism dated January 18, 2011, and pursuant to Order in Council 81-1422 dated November 17, 1981, which Order approved the establishment of Trade Centre Limited, and pursuant to Order in Council 85-342 dated April 2, 1985, and pursuant to the Articles of Association of the Corporation, and pursuant to all other authority in her vested is pleased to: (

a) approve the appointment of Mayor Peter Kelly as a member of the Board of Directors of Trade Centre Limited for a term of two (2) years commencing January 21, 2011; (

b) approve the appointment of Councillors Jerry Blumenthal, Dawn Sloane and Bill Karsten, as members of the Board of Directors of Trade Centre Limited for a term of two (2) years commencing January 21, 2011; and (

c) authorize the payment of $100.00 per day, plus reasonable expenses, to these members of the Board of Directors for work involving the Trade Centre Limited.
