Loi sur l’apprentissage et la certification professionnelle Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows: Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et avec le consentement de l’Assemblée législative du Nouveau-Brunswick, édicte : 1 Subsection 46(1) of the Apprenticeship and Occu- pational Certification Act,

chapter of the Acts of New Brunswick, 2012, is amended by repealing the def- inition “journeyperson” and substituting the following: 1 Le paragraphe 46(1) de la

Loi sur l’apprentissage et la certification professionnelle,

chapitre des Lois du Nouveau-Brunswick de 2012, est modifié par l’abrogation de la définition « compagnon » et son remplacement par ce qui suit : “journeyperson” means a person who holds « compagnon » Quiconque est titulaire : (

a) a certificate of qualification or diploma of ap- prenticeship issued under this Act, or

a) ou bien d’un certificat d’aptitude ou d’un di- plôme d’apprentissage délivré en vertu de la présente loi; (

b) a valid equivalent to a certificate of qualification referred to in paragraph (a), issued in another prov- ince or a territory of Canada. (compagnon)

b) ou bien de l’équivalent valide du certificat d’apti- tude mentionné à l’alinéa a), délivré dans une autre province ou dans un territoire du Canada. ( journey- person) 1
