OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Acting Minister of Justice dated February 14, 2001, and pursuant to
Section 672.38 of
Chapter C-46 of the Revised Statutes of Canada, 1985, the Criminal Code, is pleased to: (
a) appoint Peter Lederman of Truro, Colchester County, as a member of the Nova Scotia Review Board for a term of three years commencing March 2, 2001; and (
b) determine the remuneration of Peter Lederman be at the rate of $75.00 per hour.
