In general terms the purpose of the amendments is to accommodate mixed commercial and residential and other development along a portion of Reach Road by redesignating and rezoning this area from Commercial to Mixed Development. In addition, Future Land Use Map B is also amended by redesigna ting a large parcel of land from Industrial to Residential to reflect the Residential zoning of this parcel of land. The Municipal Plan Amendment No. 5, 2010, and Development Regulations Am endment No. 6, 2010 come into effect on the day that this notice is published in The Newfoundland and Labrador Gazette.

In general terms, Municipal Plan Amendment No. 2, 2009, will amend the Residential Rural Land Use Policy to allow double dwellings.

The Amendmen t will also redesignate an area of land off Route 340 from Rural to Residential. Development Regulations Am endment No. 4, 2009, will add double dwellings to the Residential Rural Land Use Zone Table,

Schedule C. The Amendment will also re- zone the same area of land from Rural to Residential Rural. Municipal Plan Amendment No. 3, 2010, will re-designate an area of land west of Main Street from Commercial to Mixed Use and Industrial to Mixed Use. Development Regulations Amendment No. 5, 2010, will also re-zone the same area of land from Commercial General to Mixed Development and Industrial- Comprehensive Development Area to Mixed Development.

Short title 2. Information about adults 3. Information about children 1. These regulations may be cited as the Victims of Crime Services Information Regulations. 2. A peace officer shall provide the following information in his or her possession about an adult victim to the Victims of Crime Services Division as soon as possible after obtaining it: (

a) the victim's name;
