OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated March 5, 2002, and pursuant to subsection 16(1),

Section 17, and to subsections 94(1) and (2) of

Chapter 475 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Trade Union Act, is pleased to: (

a) reappoint the following persons as alternate members of the Construction Industry Panel, a Division of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia), each for a term of office of three years commencing April 28, 2002: Leo F. McKay of Stellarton, Pictou County; and Gary W. Dean of Bedford, Halifax Regional Municipality; (

b) appoint Kenneth H. Estabrooks of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, as an alternate member of the Construction Industry Panel, a Division of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia), for a term of office of three years commencing April 28, 2002; and (

c) fix the remuneration of Leo F. McKay, Gary W. Dean and Kenneth H. Estabrooks at a rate of $150.00 for each day of attendance at a meeting of the Construction Industry Panel as an alternate member, in addition to actual and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by them in the discharge of their duties.
