OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism dated August 21, 2014, and pursuant to Order in Council 2005-373, and paragraphs 105 and 109 of the Articles of Association of Waterfront Development Corporation Limited is pleased to: (

a) appoint Stephanie Nowe-Morris of Halifax Regional Municipality (Bedford) as a voting member of the Board of Directors of Waterfront Development Corporation Limited for a term of four (4) years commencing October 1, 2014; and (

b) authorize the payment of $150.00 per day plus reasonable expenses to the member of the Board for work involving the Waterfront Development Corporation Limited.
