Pursuant to subsection 174 (1) of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997 ,

be reappointed as part-time vice-chair of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal for a fixed term of one year, effective the later of February 21, 2023 and the date this Order in Council is made.
