OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated May 5, 2008, and pursuant to subsection 23(1) of

Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to amend Order in Council 2008-174 by striking out the sum of "$3,673,439.18" and replacing it with the sum of "$4,063,190.78" being the Total Balance reserved at March 31, 2007.
