OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated February 27, 2020, and pursuant to
Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act and
Section 5 of
Chapter 371 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Highways Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal entering into the Project Agreement for the Highway 104 Sutherlands River to Antigonish Twinning Project in the form approved by Executive Council on March 11, 2020, effective on and after March 17, 2020.
