OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education dated October 19, 2007, and pursuant to
Section 1 of
Chapter 104 of the Acts of 1935,
An Act Relating to Dalhousie College, is pleased to: (
a) reappoint the following persons as members of the Board of Governors of Dalhousie University, each for a term commencing November 28, 2007 and expiring June 30, 2010: Jim Spatz of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; Bruce Towler of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; William Black of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; Robert Chisholm of Porters Lake, Halifax Regional Municipality; and (
b) appoint Larry Stordy of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Board of Governors of Dalhousie University for a term commencing November 28, 2007 and expiring June 30, 2010.
