OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Acting Minister of Finance, dated June 13, 2007, and pursuant to

Section 13 of

Chapter 31 of the Acts of 1996, the Sales Tax Act, is pleased to amend the Sales Tax Act Regulations, N.S. Reg. 33/97, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 97-208, dated April 1, 1997, to require a point-of-sale rebate to be provided in respect of certain supplies of firewood in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after June 19, 2007.
