OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing dated March 2, 2023, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased, effective March 28, 2023, to approve the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing on behalf of His Majesty the King in Right of the Province of Nova Scotia, entering into a contribution agreement with His Majesty the King in Right of Canada, as represented by the Minister of Public Services and Procurement Canada, concerning the development of flood hazard maps in Nova Scotia as part of the Municipal Flood Line Mapping Project offered through the Flood Hazard Identification and Mapping Program, in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the Agreement.
