OIC Text: The Governor in Council is pleased to revoke Order in Council 2016-3 and appoint, confirm and ratify the actions of the following Ministers: (

a) to be Acting Minister of Labour and Advanced Education, Acting Minister responsible for the Apprenticeship and Trades Qualifications Act , Acting Minister responsible for the Workers’ Compensation Act (except

Part II) and Acting Minister responsible for Youth from 10:30 am, Wednesday, January 20, 2016 until 11:59 pm, Tuesday, January 26, 2016; the Honourable Geoff MacLellan; and (

b) to be Acting Minister of Labour and Advanced Education, Acting Minister responsible for the Apprenticeship and Trades Qualifications Act , Acting Minister responsible for the Workers’ Compensation Act (except

Part II) and Acting Minister responsible for Youth from 11:59 pm, Tuesday, January 26, 2016, until 11:59 pm, Tuesday, February 2, 2016: the Honourable Diana C. Whalen.
