OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated June 16, 2004, pursuant to
Section 16 of
Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the granting of a right of way with respect to Crown lands at Cape St. Marys, Guysborough County, at the approximate location shown outlined in red on the plan marked
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to James Chappuis of Duxbury, Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States of America, and Thomas Chappuis of Sharon, Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States of America, their heirs and assigns, for the consideration of $500.00 per hectare, multiplied by the total area of Crown land occupied by the right of way, and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
