Statute: Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated March 10, 2009, pursuant to

Section 11 of

Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act, is pleased to: (

a) authorize the disposal of certain lands containing 3,189 square feet, more or less, situate at or near Musquodoboit Harbour, in the County of Halifax, and more particularly described in

Schedule "A" as shown crosshatched in red on

Schedule "B" which schedules are attached to and form part of the Report and Recommendation; (

b) authorize the conveyance of the land to Hugh Robert Daye of Head of Chezzetcook, County of Halifax, and the Estate of Eleanor Mae Daye, for a sale price of $1,061.94, plus HST of $138.05; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal to make and execute a Deed of conveyance in such form as the Minister determines to effect the conveyance of the lands hereinabove described.
