OIC Text: \x09The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated August 14, 2007, and pursuant to

Section 11 of

Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act, is pleased to: \x09(a)\x09dispose of certain lands containing 3,534 square feet, more or less, situate at or near Sydney, in the County of Cape Breton and more particularly described in

Schedule "A" as shown crosshatched in red on

Schedule "B" which schedules are attached to and form part of the report and recommendation; \x09(b)\x09convey the land to Frederick Hillier and Pamela Hillier, husband and wife, both of Balls Creek, in the County of Cape Breton, for the price of $34,900.00; and \x09(c)\x09authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines.
