OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated July 2, 2002, and pursuant to

Section 5 of

Chapter 446 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Stora Forest Industries Limited Agreement Act, and pursuant to the 1969 License and Management Agreement between the Province and Stora Enso Port Hawkesbury Limited attached to the aforesaid Act as

Schedule 3, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to enter into an Agreement with Stora Enso Port Hawkesbury Limited in the form set out in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation respecting the establishment and maintenance of boundary lines of the Licensed Lands and the granting of the management of Crown lands licensed to Stora Enso Port Hawkesbury Limited pursuant to the term of the aforesaid License and Management Agreement for a further term of ten years, such term to be added to the balance of the term then remaining, such further term of ten years to commence on July 22, 2001.
