OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal, dated December 21, 2016, and pursuant to
Section 11 of
Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act , is pleased to: (
a) approve the disposal and conveyance/release of an interest in certain lands to John R. Prosper, in Trust, the said lands located at or near Afton, County of Antigonish, as more particularly described in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation; and (
b) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal to make and execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
