Statute: Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated December 20, 2004, pursuant to

Section 11 of

Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act, is pleased to: (

a) grant an easement over certain lands at Hammonds Plain, Halifax County, referred to as a utility line easement and more particularly described in

Schedule "A" and shown cross hatched in red on

Schedule "B" which schedules are attached to and form part of the report and recommendation; (

b) convey a 6.1 metre wide utility line easement containing an area of 714.950 square metres to Nova Scotia Power Incorporated for the price of $1.00; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to make and execute a Deed of Easement in such form as the Minister determines.
