Order in Council 1102/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 42(9) of the Courts of Justice Act , the Honourable Justice Aston Joseph Hall, a regional senior judge, be reappointed the regional senior judge of the Ontario Court of Justice for the Toronto Region for a fixed term of three years, effective September 9, 2020.
