An Act to amend The Companies Winding Up Act [Assented to April 14, 1959] Rev. Stat. c.131,

section amended Paragraph of

section of The Companies Winding Up Act is amended by striking out all the words after the word “contributory” in the fourth line and substituting the following: “and, unless the context otherwise requires, includes a member of a company whether or not his shares in the company are fully paid up, and includes, also, the personal representatives of any such person or member”. 1959, c.106, s.1.
