B.C. Reg. 6/2011 , deposited January 24, 2011, pursuant to the MINERAL TENURE ACT [Section 22]. Regulation of the Chief Gold Commissioner, dated January 21, 2011.

I, Gary M. Townsend, Chief Gold Commissioner, Ministry of Natural Resource Operations, order that the Mineral Land Reserve Regulation, 2007, B.C. Reg. 2/2008, is amended as set out in the attached Schedule.

Schedule

1 The Mineral Land Reserve Regulation, 2007, B.C. Reg. 2/2008, is amended by repealing the title and substituting the following:

MINERAL LAND RESERVE (CONDITIONAL MINERAL

AND PLACER CLAIM REGISTRATIONS) REGULATION .

Section 1 is amended

(

a) by repealing the

definitions of "land district" , "site name" and "site number" and substituting the following:

"land district" has the same meaning as under the Land Act ;

"site number" means the site number given in the registry to a particular mineral reserve shown on an electronic map in the registry. , and

(

b) by adding the following definition:

"mining division" means a mining division established under

section 3 of the Mineral Tenure Act ; .

Section 2 is repealed and the following substituted:

Reserve established

2 A mineral reserve for all minerals and placer minerals is established over each parcel or tract of land identified by a site number and name set out in Column 1 of the Table, within the mining division and land district set out in Column 2 of the Table opposite the site number and name.

4 The following sites are added to the Table:
