OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated October 18, 2007, and pursuant to subsections 16(1), (2), (3) and (4),

Section 17 and subsections 94(1), (2) and (3) of

Chapter 475 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Trade Union Act, is pleased to: (

a) reappoint Patrick Bourque of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as an Alternate Management Member of the Construction Industry Panel for a term of three (3) years commencing December 1, 2007; (

b) appoint Cordell Cole of White's Lake, Halifax Regional Municipality, as an Alternate Labour Member of the Construction Industry Panel for a term of three (3) years commencing November 13, 2007; and (

c) fix the remuneration for Patrick Bourque and Cordell Cole at the rate of $150 per day for each day they necessarily attend as Alternate Members of the Construction Industry Panel, to the business of the panel, in addition to actual and reasonable expenses that may be incurred by them in the discharge of their duties.
