c. 22 des L.M. 2014
With the advice and consent of the Executive Council of Manitoba, we name March 1, 2016, as the day on which the following provision of The Vital Statistics Amendment Act (S.M. 2014, c. 22) comes into force:
section 2 insofar as it enacts subsections 25(3) and (4), item 4(
b) of subsection 25(5), subsections 25(6) and 25.1(4) to (6), and
section 25.2.
Sur l'avis et avec le consentement du Conseil exécutif du Manitoba, nous fixons au 1 er mars 2016 la date d'entrée en vigueur de la disposition suivante de la Loi modifiant la
Loi sur les statistiques de l'état civil , c. 22 des L.M. 2014 : l'article 2 dans la mesure où il édicte les paragraphes 25(3), (4) et (6), le point 4b) du paragraphe 25(5), les paragraphes 25.1(4) à (6) ainsi que l'article 25.2.
