Order in Council 1052/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant To subsection 7(6) of the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006,

Maurice Hudon of Toronto

be designated as a part-time Vice-Chair of the board of directors of the Toronto Central Local Health Integration Network to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, effective June 27, 2017 up to and including April 9, 2019.
