Order in Council 1983/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Jonathan Batty was appointed a full-time member and Associate Chair of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a term of two years by Order in Council O.C. 1982/2017 dated Oct 4, 2017;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 16(2) of the Ontario Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act , Jonathan Batty of Toronto be appointed a part-time member of the Animal Care Review Board for a term of two years, effective the date of this Order in Council.
