OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated February 21, 2002, and pursuant to

Section 16 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the granting of an easement for the purpose of installing, maintaining and using transmission lines for the transmission of electricity with respect to Crown lands at Fourchu Head, Richmond County, shown outlined in red on the plan marked

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to Nova Scotia Power Incorporated, a body incorporated pursuant to the provisions of the Companies Act, its successors and assigns, for the consideration of $250 and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
