OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated August 17, 2005, pursuant to Sections 16, 17 and 94 of

Chapter 475 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Trade Union Act, and

Section 18 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (

a) amend Order in Council 93-2 dated January 12, 1993, as further amended by Order in Council 2002-229 dated May 10, 2002, with respect to the appointment of William H. Kydd, Q.C., to allow him to act in the stead of the Vice-Chair of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia) and the Construction Industry Panel with respect to any other matter before the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia) or the Construction Industry Panel for a term commencing October 1, 2005, and ending March 31, 2006, or as such time as is necessary to complete any matter for which he may be seized as of March 31, 2006; (

b) amend Order in Council 2004-183 dated April 16, 2004, with respect to the appointment of Bruce Archibald to amend the amount of Bruce Archibald's honorarium to reflect the period of time from October 1, 2005, to March 31, 2006, that it will cease, resuming on April 1, 2006; and (

c) amend Order in Council 2003-281 dated June 27, 2003, with respect to the appointment of Gregory North, Q.C., by including in his remuneration the receipt of the Vice-Chair Bruce Archibald's honorarium prorated for the period of October 1, 2005, to March 31, 2006, to reflect the period of time from October 1, 2005, to March 31, 2006, that it will cease.
